Effective Way of Losing Weight

Happy Thursday! 

I’ve mentioned plenty of times that I don’t believe in diets and I know from experience that they don’t work in the long run. What does work? A lifestyle change! 

I was asked to co-produce an infographic along with Rebates Zone that gives facts on how to maintain weight loss in a healthy way. As soon as I saw the infographic, I knew it was something I would be proud to be a part of.
