I talked before about my goals and how important they are to me. Right now I’m reading a book about how to be successful in accomplishing your goals and the book talks about how you have to work towards your goals every single day. Not occasionally, not once a week, not every other day. EVERY SINGLE DAY.
Every single day you need to be taking smalls steps towards your goals.
I started playing around with some ideas on how I could get myself organized enough to work towards my goals daily without being overwhelmed and I finally figured it out so I wanted to share my method with you.
Everyday as I finish a small goal (in black), I cross it off. Once I finish all the small goals that are placed under a larger goal, I cross of the big goal which is either in pink or purple.
Some of my “big” goals are actually a part of even bigger goals, but I don’t want to jump too far ahead. I want to stay on top of what needs done right now so I need to take it one step and one day at a time.
For example, I want my blog to be successful. I want to reach people all over the world and share my journey with them with hopes that I can help them, and in turn, they can help someone else.
In order to do that, I need to gain exposure and just one way to do that is through social media like Instagram. So that’s why one of my goals is 2,000 followers on my Blog Instagram account.
The other account is my author account which focuses on my books and my writing. These goals are constantly changing and my methods are always improving so it’s important to stay up to date with your goals.
