I love discovering new things or getting back to using things that I once found helpful or that make my life easier in any way. I want to start sharing a few of these new things at the end of each month.
Frozen Fruit: One of my favorite things this month has been frozen fruit. Fresh fruit can get expensive and when you’re pinching pennies, it can be a lot cheaper to grab frozen bags. You can get huge, cheap ones at Gordon’s. The best one has peaches, mangos, grapes, and pineapple.
Flavored Teas: When you’re trying to behave yourself and stick to water all day long, it can get boring so I like to add tea bags to my water for some flavor. I’m loving the cranberry pomegranate right now!
Beans: Yes, beans. Just plain ol’ cans of beans are super low in calories and provide tons of fiber and protein. I love bringing them to work for lunch. You can even add them to your salads!
Knock Knock Pads: Last month when I went to Mackinac I found Knock Knock brand to-do lists and I still use them on a daily basis. I am obsessed with some of the other products on their website too. They’re cheap and they help me stay organized!
Xtreme Wellness Wraps: I love having wraps for lunch and I found super healthy wraps that are delicious! The tomato basil flavor is phenomenal. I go through these like crazy!
Life Binder: I have a binder for everything I do. Blogging, writing, editing, etc. I recently came across the idea of a Life Binder and I fell in love. It’s just a place to organize every aspect of your life and that’s exactly what I needed. Some of my tabs include food journal, healthy habits, goals, bucket list, calendar, blog schedule, editing, edits complete, writing, writing notes, money, etc. I’m able to organize everything into one place. Plus it has the perfect pocket to store my Knock Knock to-do list 🙂 I may share photos and how-to’s about my Life Binder later on!
