December Yoga Challenge

Yoga has become one of my favorite things and it has so many benefits including…

Lower blood pressure
Weight management
Improved digestion
Improved circulation
Detoxification
Released tension
Pain relief
Increased flexibility
Improved posture
Increased immunity
Increased confidence
Increased energy levels
Better focus
Increased mental awareness
Better control over breathing
Stress reduction

Just to name a few…

I really enjoy Yoga with Adrienne on YouTube so I want to complete her 30 days of yoga starting December first. 

It’s really nice that a lot of her videos are 20 minutes or less. It’s super quick and easy to fit the yoga into your day and still have time and energy for another workout. 

I’m really excited to see where a month of yoga leaves me at the end of December.
